Deborah Fisher, Marketing Consultant
As a top-level marketing executive in the homebuilding industry, Deborah Fisher has tracked trends, conducted research, and studied what works and what doesn’t in residential sales and marketing. A licensed Florida real estate broker, Fisher started her real estate career in general real estate, but in the mid-1980’s joined one of North Florida’s largest homebuilders as an on-site agent, which led her to advance into sales management and ultimately to specialize in marketing with one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Fisher embraced the marketing role as a means to combine her love of the analytical with her love for the creative, and is considered by her peers to be a first-rate marketing strategist. Fisher has spent her time honing her skills through local and national workshops, courses and seminars, and has been a featured speaker at the International Builder’s Show.
Fisher recently formed a hybrid residential sales and marketing company, Fisher & Company, P.A., which provides a full range of professional sales and marketing services to builders as well as to the general public. The company has three divisions, a builder division that provides homebuilders marketing resources, planning and strategies from concept to implementation, a second division that provides creative services from print media to web design, and a third division, a real estate brokerage that provides à la carte general real estate services.
On a personal level, Fisher lives in Northeast Florida and is involved in leadership with several Christian organizations that provide community service to others. An avid college football fan, Fisher is a musician and artist, and enjoys cooking for family and friends, the theater, camping, and anything to do with the water.
